The following release updates are available on SCORE Engage for all active users:

 

Q3 Enhancements: 

  • SCORESO-186: Mentor Weekly Request Limit Update (Live June 25th)

    • As of June 25, all active mentors now have a maximum of 10 mentoring requests per week. If your limit was previously set higher, it's been adjusted down. Not available for mentoring right now? Use the pause feature instead of setting your limit to zero.

 

  • SCORESO-212: Salesforce Security Update (Live June 16th)

    • We completed a routine security review of our Salesforce environment and cleaned up old, unused certificates. This is a behind-the-scenes update, no action needed on your part.

  • SCORESO-221: Create Code of Ethics Popup Reminder in Engage (Live July 1st)

    • We added a popup reminder in Engage that notifies volunteers when the yearly Code of Ethics course is live, replacing the reminder functionality lost when Walk-Me was canceled. The popup continues appearing each time they log in until the course is completed.

 

Q3 Bugs: 

  • SCORESO-226: Mentor Profile Image Inconsistency Between Engage and Website (Live June 9th)

    • We fixed an issue where a mentor's profile picture on the website didn't always match the one in Engage. The correct photo is now displaying properly, and a follow-up fix is planned so old photos get cleaned up automatically going forward.

       

  • SCORESO-232: Wrong Welcome Email Sent to Returning Mentors (Live June 10th) 

    • We fixed a bug where returning mentors were mistakenly getting the “Active Status!” email meant for new mentors finishing training. That email will now only go to people who are completing the application process.
