We are excited to announce the upcoming rollout of HubSpot, SCORE's fundraising relationship management platform. Thanks to the generous contributions of our Bridge Fund donors, HubSpot will be implemented at no cost to chapters.
HubSpot will be used to help SCORE track and manage fundraising relationships with donors, sponsors, foundations, and other funding partners. By providing greater visibility into these relationships, HubSpot will help chapters, regions, and headquarters coordinate fundraising efforts, avoid duplicate outreach, and strengthen donor and sponsor stewardship across the organization.
What HubSpot Is — and What It Isn't
HubSpot is being implemented specifically to support SCORE's fundraising activities.
It will be used to track fundraising relationships and opportunities valued at $500 or more, including:
- Individual donors
- Corporate sponsors
- Foundations and grantmakers
- Community funding partners
HubSpot is not intended to replace any chapter systems used for mentoring, client management, workshop registration, volunteer management, or other operational activities.
How will HubSpot benefit my chapter?
While HubSpot will improve fundraising coordination across SCORE as a whole, it is also designed to provide practical benefits at the chapter level.
HubSpot can help chapters:
- Maintain a centralized record of donor, sponsor, and funder relationships at the local level and at headquarters
- Preserve relationship history when volunteer leaders transition into or out of fundraising roles
- Coordinate outreach activities among chapter volunteers
- Track fundraising opportunities and next steps in one place
- Strengthen donor and sponsor stewardship efforts
- Reduce the risk of losing important contacts or institutional knowledge
- Identify opportunities to leverage existing relationships within the broader SCORE network
- Access information that may help support local fundraising efforts
By creating greater visibility into fundraising activities across the organization, HubSpot can help chapters build stronger fundraising programs while also contributing to a more coordinated and effective fundraising strategy for SCORE overall.

Additional Resources
We have created a HubSpot Q&A document that addresses common questions about the platform, access, and implementation:
We encourage you to review the document prior to attending an orientation session.
