In September-October 2020, Centiment conducted a study of brand awareness and perception for SCORE (N = 1,487).

 

FOCAL TOPICS INCLUDED:
  1. Baseline aided and unaided brand awareness and perception.
  2. Measure client perception and experience of service offerings: mentoring, workshops, online resources.
  3. Comparison to peer organizations: perception, likelihood of use, current use.
  4. Examine where small business owners go for information and support.
