What is Bonterra FrontDoor?
Bonterra FrontDoor is an online portal used by many corporate funders to manage nonprofit information, grant applications, donations, and matching-gift programs. Formerly known as CyberGrants FrontDoor, the platform allows verified nonprofit representatives to access participating funders through a single account.
Some funders require applicants to use Bonterra to submit grant applications. Bank of America is one example.
Does SCORE have a Bonterra account?
Yes. SCORE HQ established a national account so chapters can access the platform without creating competing accounts or overwriting one another’s information.
To request access, email [email protected] and include your chapter name and number. The Fundraising Team will provide the appropriate account information and instructions.
Please do not create or claim a separate SCORE organization profile independently. District-level accounts are not currently available.
How does Bonterra FrontDoor work?
Bonterra verifies nonprofit organizations and the individuals authorized to represent them. Once access is approved, authorized users can manage SCORE’s organizational information and connect with participating corporate funders.
Because SCORE operates under a national account, chapters must work through SCORE HQ to obtain access.
What can I do through Bonterra FrontDoor?
Depending on the funder, authorized users may be able to:
- Access and submit corporate grant applications
- Connect with participating corporate giving programs
- Manage relationships with funders that use Bonterra
- View or confirm certain donations and matching gifts
- Review organizational information associated with SCORE
- Access payment or remittance information
