SCORE will work with you to complete a Business Needs Assessment. This will help you discover areas where your company may have an opportunity for growth or improvement. This is the first of the Simple Steps for Growing Your Business six-part series of business workshops designed to help you position your business for growth. The content is designed to work in conjunction with mentoring and includes homework for the to complete. The first workshop will include an overview of the Simple Steps for Growing Your Business workshop series and help your company start formulating new goals for growing your company.
