Congratulations SCORE Portland Maine 2019 Chapter of the Year!   

"Excellence, consistency, and persistence ultimately describe this year's SCORE Chapter Of The Year - Portland Maine. Portland won the Small Market Award last year and placed 2nd overall. Finishing 2nd only incented the chapter more. The added work that the chapter put in to improve in virtually every measurable category shows that even great performance can be bettered. Serving a rather small community, the chapter is relevant and intertwined with everything related to small business in Portland. They are a model chapter, not just for a small market, but for SCORE chapters everywhere."

• Grew total client services by 20%
• Mentoring clients grew by 12%
• Local workshop attendance increased by 14%
• Chapter level NPS above 90
• Added 24 new volunteers finishing FY18 with 74 total volunteers in a city with less than 75,000 population
